General information

The total time slotted for preparation, presentation and questions is 20 minutes, for each speaker. 

All conference rooms have their own PC and projector and each speaker is asked to check that his/her presentation is uploaded on the PC before the beginning of the session. 

Connections of personal laptops to projectors in conference rooms is not allowed.

 

Gala dinner and excursion organization

The gala dinner will take place at TH Roma - Carpegna Palace (Via Aurelia 481, Rome, 00165, Italy): see position on the map.

A shuttle bus service has been arranged from the University to the gala dinner venue, with round-trip transport provided for all participants. Departure is scheduled at 6:50 PM from University.

For participants who have registered for the excursion, after the end of the session, at 4:30 PM, a bus will depart from the University to the historic city center for the guided excursion. Following the visit, participants will be transferred by bus to the gala dinner venue.
