Abstracts, written in English, must be completed using the appropriate template, and submitted by 10.03.2026 via email with the subject "surname_name_type of contribution". The file must be saved with a .docx extension (surname_name_oral.docx or surname_name_poster.docx). If submitting more than one abstract, please include a consecutive number after the name. Authors are asked to follow the template formatting without making any changes. If multiple participants submit a single scientific paper, only one of them (the main author, i.e., the person presenting the paper) must submit the abstract. Other authors are only required to register for the conference. Posters, in A0 format, will have the following space: (W×H) 90x120 cm. Poster display materials will be available on site.
Contributions will be notified of acceptance by 25.03.2026.
The Division of Chemistry for Technologies and the Lazio Section of the Italian Chemical Society, with the aim of encouraging deserving young people to attend the conference, are offering eight scholarships to cover registration fees. The deadline for submitting abstracts to participate in the call is 28.02.2026.
The Call for Applications, which details the criteria and requirements, and the Scholarship Application Form, which each applicant must complete and submit, are available for download. The selection outcome will be notified via email to each applicant. Regardless of the outcome, each scholarship applicant must register for the conference using the appropriate form.
Winners will not need to complete any additional procedures; unsuccessful applicants must pay the registration fee through the Italian Chemical Society Events portal. Please note that non-winners will still be entitled to the early bird discount, even if the outcome is announced after 28.02.2026.
